PULVERIZER – Single Stage This machine is for pulverizing food grains into fine powder which can be shifted, blended and/or roasted then packaged and can be sold directly in the market. It is suitable for all kind of grains including but not limited to millets, rice, pulses, cereals, etc. Varients: 20 kg/h 30 kg/h 50 kg/h 75 kg/h 100 kg/h 150 kg/h 200 kg/h

MILLET DEHULLER – SINGLE STAGE This millet dehuller comes with single chambers and used for removing skin on millets like little and foxtail millets. It has processing capacity of 100 kg/h. The husk and rice are separated through a separate aspirator. It runs on a 3HP Single / Three phase electric motor.

PULVERIZER – Double Stage This is similar to the single stage pulveriser but it comes with an additional chamber to pulverise the grain into much finer particle. Varients: 30 kg/h 50 kg/h 75 kg/h 100 kg/h 150 kg/h 200 kg/h

PULVERIZER – Multi Mill A twin double stage pulveriser mounted on a single frame and run using a single motor in which one can be used for flour processing and the other can be used for chilli / masala processing Varients: 50 kg/h

MILLET DEHULLER – DOUBLE STAGE The double chamber millet dehuller is the most advanced and robust dehuller for Millets in the market. It removes the skin of millets like little, kodo, proso, barnyard, foxtail and browntop millets. It has processing capacity of 300 kg/h. The husk and rice are separated through a separate aspirator. It runs with a 7.5HP Three phase electric motor.

FLOUR BLENDER This machine is best suited for blending the flour to the required proportions into a homogeneous mixture for the best output possible. It has provision for removal of mixed flour without wastage. This machine can be made either in Mild Steel or in Stainless Steel. Varients: 25 kg/h 50 kg/h 100 kg/h 250 kg/h 500 kg/h 1000 kg/h

GRADER Grader is used to grade grains based on their sizes. It normally comes with two or single deck sieves. Grains are separated as per the size of the sieve attached to the grader. Graders can be manufacture as per the customer’s requirement. Power required for graders depends on the size of the graders. Varients: 250 kg/h 500 kg/h 1000 kg/h 2000 kg/h
