FLOUR ROASTER Roaster is used for roasting the flour to the required residual moisture content in the flour. The moving parts are covered for the safety of the operator. It conveniently works with LPG for heating and Electric motor for rotation. Varients: 15 kg/batch 25 kg/batch 60 kg/batch

OIL EXPELLER This machine is used for squeezing oil from nuts like coconut, groundnut and sesame. A sturdy frame with 7.5 HP electric motor is used for running this machine. Varients: 35 kg/h

DESTONER CUM GRADER CUM ASPIRATOR (POST HULLING) The output of the millet dehuller will contain a mixture of whole millet rice along with few percentage of broken rice, unhulled grain and husk. This post hulling destoner is used for separating the whole rice from the broken rice. An aspirator is used for removing the husk. Finally in the grader the broken rice and unhulled grain are separated. At the end of this process we can get 98% dehulled unpolished millet rice.

BUCKET ELEVATOR Bucket Elevator is a machine which can carry grains from ground level to certain height, from there it is then feed into hopper of the next machine. It can be manufactured to various height and capacity based on the customer requirements.

SCREW CONVEYOR Screw Conveyors are widely used for transferring flour from one place to other or from machine to machine. It can be either manufactured in mild steel or in stainless steel. The length and diameter of the screw conveyor can be suited with customer requirement.

GRADER Grader is used to grade grains based on their sizes. It normally comes with two or single deck sieves. Grains are separated as per the size of the sieve attached to the grader.
